Wink did c-20's come stock with a sway bar?

ok i have a 66 c-2o, the A arms have 2 holes for a sway bar bracket(at least i think that's what they're for) but the frame has no mounting holes. what's up? the truck was partially disassembled when i got it so i don't know how it was originally. thanks fellas!

Mount the factory sway bar at the lower A arms and it will land in the correct location on the frame rails. In order to properly install, you will also need the standoff brackets that are riveted to the underside of the frame rails and bolted to the sway bar.
