Radiator Support

I was told that all radiator supports have a hole in them that the AC condenser lines go through. Even if the truck did not come with AC. Is this true?
I ask because mine did not.

Re: Radiator Support

There is a dimple in the support to locate the a/c lines. 1 1/4" hole I believe. They come out right under the batt box on the radiator side.

Re: Radiator Support

Thanks. I did manage to get my condenser and lines in. It took me hours to figure out how to get the lines lined up correctly to drill the hole. I am glad this is the last old car, or truck I will ever own.
