That was up for sale a year ago. Surprised it didn't go.

No factory 3/4 that I am aware of, although some did come with heavy leaf front suspension for plows etc.

That's correct. This guy might have bought it used that way and THOUGHT it was factory, but somewhere years ago it has been converted to 8 lug axles.
