Re: Favorite Parts store?

I don't have any parts stores near so first I visit the web-sites for Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and O'Rielly's to check availability and prices. I normally have the part numbers when I go into one of them.

A friend of mine manages an Advance Auto Parts Store so I go there if nothing more than to shoot the breeze.

I never go to Napa because they are two expensive.

Fishers Auto Parts is pretty good if you get the right person to help you.

I have worked at two box auto parts stores over the years. Unfortunately they don't pay enough to get experienced mechanics and their training program is not much.
