cab support hole

How much too big are these mounting holes? What have you done to fix it? Thought about welding in a couple of large washers to give some more support. Ideas?

those are about 25% rotted... I plated mine (had to replace the really rotten one) and then re-drilled the hole with a metal hole saw.

First two pics are the one's that I replaced, next one is plated on the bottom... last pic was the "so-so" 2nd pic removed...

There is a board vendor selling new one's or plenty of guys part trucks on here..
