BOB, I'LL KEEP YOU IN MIND. HE REALLY NEEDS A 30/3500 WITH A V-8 DUE TO THE TYPE OF WORK HE DOES.

Pickup, your bro probably ain't going to find a 'C' actually a' V'30 after 86. unless it's a dually which kill you on tolls in your area. a C20 is realist though. they have a good way to search them out in your area by going to http://www.trucktraderonline.com/ hit SEARCH and using the section to the right to search by region or area code. the only problem is that it will not save your criteria from the left section and you have to keep re-entering it . I have a friend looking specically for an 87 C20 and has not hadd any luck ,good luck , DAVE

CAPTKAOS, SRY, BUT HE'S LOOKING FOR A TURNKEY, OR HE WOULD'VE PUT A MOTOR IN THE 'BURB. FOR THOSE INTERESTED, AS SOON AS HE GETS A REPLACEMENT TRUCK, HE WILL BE PARTING OUT THE BURB.. IT'S A '74 G.M.C 2500 2WD, A/C, P/S, P/B, TH400. WAS A B/B, BUT SOMEONE DID A HALFA** SMALLBLOCK CONVERSION. EXCEPT FOR THE NOSE, NO REAL USEABLE BODY PARTS. HAS ALL GLASS, EXCEPT THE WINDSHIELD. HAS NO OTHER POWER ACCESSORIES, NOR A TILT.

Well, not really. I sold the 75 Silverado, and I got rid of the suburban. I only have (to sell) the cab a front clip and the complete 3/4T now.

ALRIGHTY GANG!! I'M CALLING OFF THE SEARCH. I WENT TO MY BROTHERS THE OTHER DAY TO LOOK AT THE BURB, AND FOUND THAT THE DISTRIBUTOR CAME LOOSE, ADVANCED ITSELF, AND CAUSED THE TRUCK TO KNOCK, SMOKE, AND RUN LIKE SH@@. NEVER LISTEN TO A CABINET BUILDER WHEN HE TELLS YA HIS TRUCK DIED LOL. HE'S GREAT WITH WOOD, BUT DON'T PUT A WRENCH IN HIS HANDS!!!!!! THANKS TO THOSE WHO TOOK THIS POST SERIOUSLY.
