Fancy. I have a couple of them but not quite as complicated as yours. Super handy!
 I also have made myself a bunch of engine dollys. 4 at last count, and need a couple more! They actually store underneath the cabinet.

Do you make each motor rack different, or is it pretty universal? How about a materials list/plan? It looks really efficient, especially able to roll under the bench or whatever.

I designed it just for small blocks. It will work for a big block, but I think I would increase the 1 1/2" angle from 1/8" to 3/16".
It's 2" 14 ga square tube. I think the long ones are 18" and the short ones 14"? The uprights and the diagonals are bolted to 1 1/2" angle tabs welded to the base. The casters are from northern tools, their 2 1/2" rated at 1000# each! Cost $3.99 for swivel, $3.69 for rigid. And if you buy 4 of each or more, they have a 30 cent price break per caster. The swivels can bolt on, but the ridgids weld. You could use 4 swivels for tight maneuvering, but long distance across the shop it is easier to steer with the ridgid casters on one end.
