I would agree... 4" looks about it. The stock springs are pretty flat if not bowed up some.

I would have to agree. The stock springs bow downward toward the ends and a 4" lift kit usually sits "just above" the springs lookng straight/flat.

Re: how big do you think these are? HELP

so you think 4 inch lift springs and a 3 inch body sounds right to clear 38's

Looks like my 4" springs in my truck. I have 7-8" overall and clear 40s, so you should be OK.

The beaches have been getting closed for a while now. No bog deal. We'll be up there for a whole week.

Re: how big do you think these are? HELP

Truck is a 1 ton, frames are 2" taller than a 1/2 or 3/4. Has "custom" spring perches which lifts it some, and has a 1" body lift. It's probly closer to a 6", I have some pics parked next to my old truck, that had 6" lift on it, and the crew sat littler higher cause there was no drivetrain in it.

Its nothin special just a stock 1980 cj5, inline 6, 4 speed with plenty of rust in the floor and a little bit bigger tires.
