newbie here with 64 c10
i got this truck last december for a $1000. But now up to date i just got a bed 3 weeks ago for $100. It has a 350 small block 4 bolt main backing it is muncie 4 speed close ratio and the rear end is a 12bolt posi

Thanks, well i want to lower it some relocate gas tank under the bed also i want to put a 383 stroker in it. And i im going to get some slotted mags. Also put disc brakes on the front. tub the back wheel wells. but its hard to get money since im only 16, but i bought ever thing for it so far. Thats for now

thats a sweet truck! i wished my high school truck had a muncie 4 speed like yours. keep that tans!!! girls dig the old trucks (especially when they are fixed up) .....believe me! if you go with your plans it will be a bad a$$ truck

Welcome to the forum
Looks like you've got a good truck to build up. I agree, I'd keep that trans, that just adds to the fun factor IMO. For patch panels, I would try a couple of our board vendors here like MBGMike, and Topbanana. You can find them in the classifieds here on the forums. There is also a Vendors Marketplace in the classifieds. If you decide you want power steering and power brakes, let me know, I have brackets for those.

Congratulations on a really nice score!

ditch the air filter, ive heard bad things about them. other than that nice! I got my 68 @ 16...check my build thread out! (bottom of sig.) KEEP THE 4SPD. i WANT OEN!

Its the later Jeel Grand Cherokees, grab a set of rear door check straps from a standard Cherokee when you are there, they fit our trucks perfect, I used a tailgate latch assy from a late 90s S10, I can show you how to do it if you want, I have lots of pics of it
