Just finished my crew cab and going to get started on my daily driver gonna do a quickie on it fix the body interior and paint it. I will get some pics up in the next week. it has a 489 big block in it a/c, cruise, intermitent wipers, and a turbo 400.

How's the 489 going to treat your wallet driving every day? Cool build!

Well, the Cummins is in a Chevy so thats OK! If the daily driver turns out anything like the crew cab it'll be sick! Keep up the good work.

Re: here is the begining of my 1980 3/4 ton 4x4 daily driver build
Do you drive very far each day? I have an invision of my 75 mile plus travels each day, and that sounds expensive. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to knock your truck, just curious because it has been a VERY long time since I had anything gas powered as far as a pick up. Any BBC I had got no better than 12mpg. Anyhow, enough of my BS. Do you have any pics of the beastly engine? I need your BBC for my 40 ford.
