They honestly don't suit basic needs...they are merely for looks...not functional at all IMHO...

For what it's worth.....I love the ones I'm running on my truck. I'm not even sure the original year but they are small and to the point.

Re: PEEP MIRRORS WHO GOT EM Where are the PICS

Had a set on my 68.
Paid way too much for them.
Hated them so much I sold them at the swapmeet 2 for $5
stock style mirrors are so much better.
Just my opinion. In the end it's your truck, buy what you like.

Re: PEEP MIRRORS WHO GOT EM Where are the PICS

I guess I am the only one that likes them, or should I say don’t mind them. I only have the driver side, well because the passenger side would be totally useless, anyway rearview and a peep work for me. Cheap and easy oh yeah 4in, and $15 bucks.

Re: PEEP MIRRORS WHO GOT EM Where are the PICS

Thats what im lookin to evilways. Im not much for the big clunky mirrors that the woman could use as a full length mirror in the bedroom. I like sleek and small. I ride a harley with some tiny mirrors so i guess im use to the "uselessness" haha

They are 4" and the passenger side serves no purpose other than look cool. Paid $12 bucks each from Outback.

Yep, this were original with this truck. A lot of people changed them back in those days cause you couldn't see a whole lot with them. They would change the mirror part and replace it with a larger one.
