Need Help Identifying Heads
These heads are on a 350 and it looks like someone has ground the casting numbers off. I found an old thread on here that shows the end marks but none seem to match these. Anybody have any idea what they are cause I'm not gonna pull them. Attached pics are one of each end and the chart I found on here showing the end marks.

I believe those are 305 heads.

I guess they could be. I've heard of people doing that to boost compression, but do they flow as good as a 350 head?

Nope, don't do it. They run out of air flow and fall flat on their face.
Someone is bound to tell you that you can put larger valves in them and have them ported for better flow....and you can. But the cost involved is greater that starting with a better head from the begining.
