I bet you they incorrectly labeled it. Mine with a 4 inch lift, 35 inch tires and the HD shackles is 43 1/4 inches from the ground to the top of the center of the wheel opening in the front.

That's the 86 we had with the rough country 4 inch kit. Nothing on ours said 4 inch. We could measure the rear blocks and it say 4 inch on the tape measure, and the front springs had a part number on them I think maybe refference that to their site or something.

I am not sure if they are around anymore but i bought a handle that snaps on the top of a rattle can with a trigger mechanism that holds down the nozzle. I got it just because of the sore finger that never goes away haha.

At least it has a nice front bumper plate (USMC)! And did it come already raised?

BTW, there are some cool amtrack and tank trails near by to test it out and show it off.

Re: 84 k10 pics, just primered it....i think it looks good..what about you?

man $50? you can buy a gallon of thinner and gallon of flat black primer for $30 at the body shop supply store here lol. I would have at least bought the spray gun handle/trigger thing.

You can pick up a cheap gun at lowes or wal-mart I got a $50 devilbiss and have done many primer jobs and plenty of paint jobs with it too.

Dude your truck is soooo sweet. I like the primer look on it. I agree with the others though, I think its a 6'' lift also. Heres a pic of mine with a 6'' lift and 35's. They look lifted bout the same. Great job on the truck. I'd like to see some more pics of it. What other plans you got for it?

Re: 84 k10 pics, just primered it....i think it looks good..what about you?

hey rollins....so far my goal with the truck is to just make it a good daily driver, which it is right now but my bigger plans mostly consist of putting a bigger gas tank on it...the 16 gallon tank sucks, and a new 350...nothing fancy just a solid 350 with around 300 or so hp and around 350-400 ft lbs of torque....i like to use my trucks lol...i want to get the interior finished....so far ive put in new carpet and radio, lift, tires, and tune up....and obviously primer lol oh and a steering column, my last one took a dump on me...it was so loose that the column was causing the truck to stall...lol....but man your truck looks good too
