'67 GMC Camper Cruiser

Hi all. My name is Dusty and I live in Tennessee. But enough about me lets get to the truck..... My grandpa was rebuilding a 70 chevy and bought a 67 gmc as a parts truck for it. He never touched the truck and is set in the field at his house under a tree in missouri for 6 years. I got it from him last year after doing alot of work around the house. Anyhow I have done a lot of work to it in the past year and a lot of research too. The only problem I have is that it is a rare truck and there is not alot of info on it. Also I am missing one of the emblems and it has been a bear to find one. I plan on making it an everyday driver nothing special just a decent truck to enjoy. But I really need that emblem. If anyone knows where I can get one I would greatly appreciate your help finding it. It has a 73 350 in it that needs rebuilt and a new carb but it runs enough to move it around the yard. Whoever had it before did a frankinstein hack job on just about everything and im in the process of fixing all of that. As of now I have tore the truck down to just about frame stripped all of the paint of with a razor blade (yes i said razor blade my air compressor would not keep up with my sander and it was actually easier to scrape the paint off). I have ALOT of body work to do still the bed looks like somebody took a ballping hammer to it. Ill get pictures on here as soon as i can figure out how. But untill then if anyone can find any information that I have missed on this truck that would be great.

Re: '67 GMC Camper Cruiser

Looks like a good truck you have there. Those emblems will be tough to find. I searched quite awhile to find them. (Towards the bottom).
Welcome aboard, Eric
