WOuld this be a fair Trade?

I was wondering if My 69 C10 Daily Driver with nice body, would be a fair trade for a 67 burb running and in decent condition? Senn a couple in my hood and wanted to approch but I feel funny. lol.(thats what she said)
What would you do?
What is my truck worth?
She just rolled over for the first time She has 242 miles VERY LOW
I have plans for her but I would like a burb o more comfortaby take family trips like they were intended for. thank you sorry for my ranting.

Re: WOuld this be a fair Trade?

Personally I like burbs better and would trade if both vehicles are comparable in condition and options!

Re: WOuld this be a fair Trade?

Hard to say without pics and more info...

Suburbans are much more rare than a 2wd lwb pick up, so I'd probably do the trade.

Re: WOuld this be a fair Trade?

funny thing is
there is no burb to trade with I was just wondering if it would be stupid to ask a peson if I did find a burb within comparable conditions.
thanks everyone

Re: WOuld this be a fair Trade?

it all depends on what you need your truck for. i love burbs because they can carry people or cargo (under cover at that) and they are more rare. i don't think you will get a straight trade unless you find someone wanting a pickup and even then a burb is naturally worth a bit more in the same condition.

if i was you and wanted a burb, i'd get one and keep the pickup for the times i didn't want to use the burb (snow storms, daily commute, hauling junk, etc). i bought my 72 c20 burb last year and i love it, but i do have a 97 merc sable wagon and an 87 ram 50 (mitsubishi) that will cover just about everything but classic car shows and hauling the family camper.
