Boyd Welding Gas Tank
So I bought a Boyd Welding custom gas tank for my 1969 GMC Shortbed that is built to go right behind the rear axle. I was wondering, other than the mounting kit which is included, what do I need in order to get this thing hooked up right? Is there a sending unit or any other fittings that I need?

The way I understand it, it should come with the sending unit, roll over valve and all you should need to provide other than installing it is fuel line, which I believe is just 3/8' line, have you PM'd David?

I installed one in my blazer. It came with the sending unit, but that was it. All I got was a tank and sending unit with two bungs welded in, one for the fuel and one for a vent (I'm not running efi). I had to buy fittings for fuel line & vent, fuel line, filler neck hose and a little motorcycle vent cap for the vent.
I didn't buy mine through a group buy, so I knew I had to get these parts.

Thanks for the help guys. I ended up figuring out what I needed. I forgot to order mine with the sending unit so I bought it separate. Had to buy the fittings as well.

i got mine and for got the sending unit also and fittings but ya everything worked fine. went with a 1/2 inch line for more fuel but ya. and got my fuel sending unit online
