Play'n with the Bully

I been taking a break from tinkering with my 62 and started looking at my M50 Boulevard...

and then it dawned on me, my hypercharger needs Jesus BADLY!! Kuryakn parts have a tendency to "de-chrome" themselves after a period of time. And my Kuryakn part had decided that time is now. Here are some horror pics:

..so i decided to take matters in my own hands. Time to mod this puppy. I don't have any pics of all the parts grind down except this one:

but i did start shooting primmer. here are some of the results

Re: Play'n with the Bully

the day started out with good intentions but alas, it seems as though life and the weather wants to rain on my parade (pun intended). But I did make some progress... its a bit rushed but its progress.

here is the back side of the hypercharger:

these will end up getting a shot of red at some point... maybe today if the weather holds:

this is the bar that holds the butterflies (i think that's what they are called). It will get shot with some clear once this dries enough.

and this is the look I'm going for (this is the top of the hypercharger). I need to sand the cap again but that may have to wait till next weekend.
