Thank guys!!! Wheels are 15x5 in front and 15x6 in the rear. I'm not sure if any of the pair are original.... Yeah I'm stoked as hell to cruise!!!!!

That first pic is a "Kodak Moment" for sure. It makes the truck look a lot closer to completion. I just noticed the rear fenders look like they are earlier style. Cool!

Those rear fenders are correct through 66.

Well originally for looks because I cut out that bolt hole strip where the inner fenders mounted to. I wasn't happy with just a cut fender so I added those.. But it did brace them up a whole lot, those fenders are solid now! I still need to finish some metalwork on them.

Couple of parts ordered and arrived just waiting on time to assemble....15 gal. Fuel cell, fuel cell straps, lokar double bend radical 32" shifter, disc brakes for front with 2.5" drop spindles, power brake booster, rear drum parts (everything as far as guts) chrome water pump, pulleys, fuel pump, alternator.....might have missed a couple of parts but you get the point!!!!

Its still on truck but not really sure if im gonna keep it when its road worthy. I'd like to put new chrome bumpers maybe with a smooth rollpan in the rear to fill the gap. Along with smooth tailgate and some L.E.D.S Any suggestions???

I really like your build here!
I was wondering where you got your fenders from, and if you were happy with the initial fit and shape of them?
I saw that you modified them; my application will be more stock than what you have got going on here, but my skills in "massaging" sheet metal is in its infancy and would like to avoid having to do too much of that for my build.

Thanks for any info you can kick my way, and I love the pics! After your initial story I think you will have a greater sense of satisfaction once this truck is done!

THANKS MCMURPHY!!! Fenders are from Classic Industries, the fitment was good but passenger side had one small ding on it. If i were to describe the ding I would have to say it was very minor. Maybe smaller than 1/8 in. and looks like it came from the inside out. Kinda like a pimple looking dent. Wouldnt stop me from ordering from them again.

Seems a lot of the guys that have used the CI have been very happy with the body products.

Though it will probably closer to Spring before I am at the reassembly stage and will be ordering this stuff, but it is never too early to start collecting information on all this!

I am going to head down to the garage here in a minute and get going on my project too!
Can't wait to see what you get done this weekend too....
