You can adjust the position of the hinges up/down & in/out, You should first mark around all the hinges with a pencil, then remove the door from the hinges that will let you access the hinge without removing the fender, now as you marked the old hinge position to the body you can now use that as a guide & set your new or old hinges slightly further back toward the rear of the truck and tighten them up fully then re-hang the door and see how it aligns, that adjustment should leave a wider shut line between the door & fender and help them miss each other when the door opens fully. You will most lightly need to adjust the door striker after this.
That's what I would try anyway.
