power door lock issues in a 99 suburban

alright guys looking for some advice on a wiring issue. i have a 99 suburban with some issues on the door locks, none of the rocker switches work (either door or the rear pillar rocker) the fuse is good and i have yet to find a short to ground. i know that some people have said that the door locks and cigarette lighter are connected on the same circuit and sometimes the cig lighter can short out and cause the issue. the cig light doesnt work either but i havent found any issues with the wiring to it however i havent completely tore it down. (not really lookin forward to doing it if i have to) im not the best at wiring so i thought i would pick yalls brains.
any help or advice is Greatly appreciated!

Thanks guys!
