First things first.... beautiful truck! That is such a great looking color and such a solid SWB.

IMO... look into the 4.5/6" drop and upgrade to disc brakes up front. Check out my build thread (Project Blank Slate - in my signature below my post) for the complete install of the 4.5/6" drop; there's not c-notch required and would make that thing sit just right.

Welcome from Virginia! Really nice first truck!!! Love the color, don't see many like that. Your off to a great start. Sounds like you got some good plans for it too. You're in the right place also, lots of good info here. I've learned a lot so far that I didn't know. Congrats!!
