Arkansas
Does anyone on this board live in Arkansas? The Ark. DMV tells me I can't request a Title search for the previous owner because I don't live in Ark.?

The truck I have was last registered & Titled in Arkansas. The title was misplaced. I need a Duplicate Title. If I could find out the previous owners name I may be able to make contact with him and get one. Is there a form needed to do a Title search?

PM the vin and I will see what I can do. THe last 3 old cars I've titled were done with just a bill of sale. You can only get antique tag with just a BOS.
