How do I stop a Chrome Timing Chain cover leak
I had a oil leaks coming from the Oil Pan, Timing chain cover or the seal, so I purchased and replaced Oil Pan gasket with the 1 piece gasket, New Chrome Timing Chain cover with seal installed and a new Harmonic Balancer. All bolts were torque to specification. After the engine ran for a few minutes I notice a leak at the bottom of Chrome Timing Chain cover. What technique can be use to stop this leak, without replacing the Chrome Timing Chain cover? I Really need your help.

Might try pulling the timing chain cover and sanding the chrome off the mounting surfaces. Chrome accessories usually leak unless you do this IMO.

The bottom rail where it meets the oil pan is not welded the whole length they are just spot welded so if you don't seal in on the inside with some sealer they will leak.plan on taking it off and sealing it or better yet take it off and throw it as far as you possibly can...lol...been through this

bead blast the timing chain cover anywhere it contacts a gasket or throw it away and get a regular steel one.

You sure it's from the timing cover and not the bolt area near the fuel pump? I would go for an OEM unit or a nice Milodon unit.
