Cluster Help

I have removed my cluster from my '87 1/2 ton 4x4 to put LED lights in it and clean it up. I have a cluster out of my '88 parts suburban, 4x4 that I wanted to swap in.

My oil pressure gauge has never worked. I swapped senders, at the back of the manifold, when I put the new motor in. Still didn't work. Today I think I discovered why it didn't work. The cluster I pulled out of the '87 has '86 Chevy marked on the side in yellow wrecking yard pen. The printed circuit doesn't line up exactly, and looks like it may have come from a truck with a clock, which mine didn't. It's a baseline silverado.

Originally, I was going to compare printed circuits, and if the '88 lined up, I would put it in and be very happy. Now, I don't know which one works for sure, and never having done anything like this, I'm stumped. Does anyone have a harness/diagram for an '88 and an '87?

As a side note, everything in the '86 cluster worked, except the oil pressure gauge.

Thanks for the help.

In the pictures, the '88 cluster is on the left.

Re: Cluster Help

Thank you very much! I would take a scan, if you have time. I just want to be sure I don't burn anything up when I reinstall this unit.

Thanks, again, I really appreciate it.
