I don't think it's worth it."Only rust is below trim"
 The floor,rockers,torque boxes,lower quarters,door bottoms,tailgate bottom,body mounts,sills,kick panels,bottom of core support are all below that line. That's what rusts out. I guess he's saying the windshield frame and cowl are good,which are often rusted.
