Need Help ID'ing 700R4

I have a 700R4 that I will be installing once my motor comes back from the machine shop. I'm trying to figure out what it came out of, but I'm not having much luck. I think I've found that based on the first number that it's from 1984 and that this was a split year for 27/30 spline shafts. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Here is the number: 4YK1090T

Thanks for the pic. I saw that on a site I was on today. What I haven't found is an application guide that lists the vehicle codes. Wondering what YK is.

THANK YOU!! Do you have a book that references this information? Wouldn't mind picking up one up but don't know what to look for. Thanks again!

Motors Domestic Transmission Manual, the last new one I bought was over $200.
You already know the first digit is the year, the next two or three are the model, ant the next three didits are the Julian date.
