1969-79 3970010 350, So with those two codes, you have a 1979 350 block.

Kinda iffy, but the only other thing you could refer to is the heads, and what they are, but chances are they could have been swapped at one point.

The other numbers on the endine pad, no clue other then maybe put there as part of a warrenty exchange or record number by a machine shop?
Thank You! Thats exactly what I was looking for. Ill look at the heads and see what I come up with.
