Nice truck. Looks like a V-8 Gas by the side emblem.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful

Some pretty impressive trucks there. I figured that B-77 was pretty rare and a quick research shows that they only made 113 of them.

Perfect example of why modern aerodynamic fiberglass trucks are of no interest to me.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful

I'm interested in the anteaters bringing products I use to market. Definitely no romance there

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful

Surely this falls in the Beautiful truck category. Current auction on Bring a Trailer.

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...-delivery-van/

This 1953 Fageol delivery van was reportedly used as a moving van before being displayed at the Golden Age of Trucking Museum in Middlebury, Connecticut. Following the current owner’s acquisition in 2011, replacement graphics were applied and the truck was subsequently used in promotional exhibits for Charles P. Rogers & Company. It is built on an International Harvester R-series chassis and powered by a gasoline-fueled inline-six linked with a four-speed manual transmission. Finished in yellow over black vinyl upholstery, it features 20″ steel wheels, a dually rear axle, a cargo compartment, a curb-side cargo door, and rear barn doors.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful

Another one from the Bring a Trailer auction site. It's not often you see any trucks there but two at once, too cool! These are awfully rare so if your hankering for one it would seem that now is the time. Not my truck!

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1967-white-3000-coe/

This 1967 White 3000 is a cab-over-engine model that is powered by a 400ci inline-six linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a single-drive rear axle. The electrically tilting cab is finished in red and paired with a black-finished chassis fitted with an adjustable Fontaine fifth wheel. Inside, a split bench seat is accompanied by a Motorola Vita-Tone combination radio/public address system, a Cobra CB radio, a Pioneer head unit, and aftermarket speakers. The truck rides on chrome-finished 22.5″ wheels and is further equipped with rear air brakes, stainless-steel rear fenders, dual vertical exhaust stacks, and air horns.
