Question Looking for info on 1971 Chevrolet G20 Beauville van.

Hi,
I know this section is not designated for vans, but i need some help as i am looking at purchasing one from a private party. Was wondering if there is anything specific that i should look for in this model. Also it is called a G20 in which i assume is a 3/4 ton, however it is only a six lug. It has the 350 V8 (milage unknown), many windows, nice aluminum 5 spoke rims, paint is light yellow w/two tone white top, and has been partly restored. It is a nice looking (minus a minor dent, and rock chips), clean van with nice body lines as is with the same model year trucks/ burbs.
Does anyone have an idea of what the price should be on something like this? I cannot find many comps. for sale to judge from. Is this a rarer vehicle or just an unwanted one? Sorry that i don't know more than i do but any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

The Beauville was an option package IIRC.Desireable is in the eye of the beholder.G20 would be a 3/4 ton.I would guess(and it's only a guess) it is worth about the same $$ as a comparable truck.
