Help! Broke my needle

I had the instrument cluster apart to clean and refurbish the gauges and I broke the fuel gauge needle. What can I do? Needles are not avail. separately. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

its not that we are NOT grown ups. Its that we do not behave in a grown up manner, and ruin things!

Re: Help! Broke my needle

I use a pair of scissors on either side of the needle and they came off with a little force but without bending the needle at all...and I tried putting it back on and taking it back off and it seemed to work fine. Just make sure you have the needle at a set point when you take it off so you can line it back up when reinstalling (and obviously don't move the gauge after taking the needle off)
