what tilt columns?

i don't know offhand what years they changed the wipers and high/low. as far as i know the high/low remained on the floor for quite a while. if you don't want the wipers and stuff i am pretty sure all you have to do is pop the wiper control lever out and replace it with a regular lever without all the switches on it. if i get a chance today i'll pop a regular lever out of another gm column and try it in the truck column. as far as the high/low are concerned, just keep the old one wired and don't use the one the column provides!
