Rick,

The wheels are all the same 20x8.5s. They fix great no problem with clearance front or rear. The only problem is if you are running stock rotor the center cap will not fit without some work. I think boss was working on a fix but not share.

Read this thread it’s not the same wheel but the same problem.

Re: I think i can!!! - SWB 72 Step-side

My dream is to one day cut my rear diff down 3 inches and get a set of billet 20x12s. So I’m building my tubs 4 inches deep to fit my dream wheels.

Frame is looking great!

I just went back through your thread and saw this post about widening your wheels. Was that done locally? If so, who did it for you? I might have to come visit and check out your truck one day, you're just down the road from where I work.

Smbrouss,

I could not find a local shop to do it. I had to send them to http://www.weldcraftwheels.com/ . They did a great job, it took about 4 week. Where u work? We could me up one day.

I also need to meet KEITH 71 STEP SIDE. He is also a local.

Re: I think i can!!! - SWB 72 Step-side

Clean up the bed rail edges and falsed the bed floor 3''. I started the body work on bed. This is the first time I’ve done body work and I’d rather turns wrenches. LOL!! Got my new tail gate and it fits like ****. It was not assembled so I’m going to have to cut all the welds out and straighten it.

Re: I think i can!!! - SWB 72 Step-side

A little update from the past couple of weeks. The bed is sealed and primed. When I got the tailgate it was assembled crooked so I had to cut all the welds out of the tailgate and reassemble it. It fits much better now. When I put the tailgate on the bed I found a little problem. The bed is all square now and the tailgate is round… damn I should have seen it coming. To square up the tailgate I think I will build a little spoiler not fast and furious but like the new ford 150 trucks..

Got some work done on my tailgate before I dropped the handle of the welder and broke it. I need to finish welding it and install my latches. There always next end weekend.
