1964-66 Suburban Front and Rear Seat, trim, etc

Picking up some parts off this suburban and was wondering what some parts are worth, and what else should I grab off it.

- Front split 70/30 seat. Frames are in great shape. Have both sliders for the driver's side. Passenger side I have all 4 clips for the seat and the frame is great, just some surface rust. Foam is good on the passenger side and cover is 90-95% complete, but has some tears. Driver's seat has bottom and back frames, but fabric is bad. Bottom is missing a couple springs in the seat, but the outer frames and wood cross braces are there. No bolts for brackets to frame, or brackets to floor though.

- Rear seat. Frame is in good shape. Back rest is good, has some rips, foam is ok on it. Bottom frame is there, but it is pretty messed up. There are 2-3 big dents in it, and several of the smaller springs are broken and need to be replaced. All the larger springs appear to be there. No foam or fabric on it. Probably best for parts, but could be made to work again. Seems to be a full width seat. No arm rests (if they had them) or mounting hardware to mount to the floor.

- Ash tray

- Barn door slider beackets. good shape

- Upper and side bolt covers for barn doors. I believe these cover up the holes for the gate mounts. Might be the other way around.

- Rear door latch loop with 2 shims.

- Upper window trim. this is the trim above and below the windows. Includes top piece, bottom piece, rear piece and door pieces. From what I can see, all are dull, but good shape. Driver's side upper has a dent in it above the center of the rear windows. Could not see driver's side one to check condition. Need to know how to properly remove this

- Rear solid fixed window. Both are in good shape and 1 piece. Rubber is dry rotted.

- Middle sliding windows. No latch/locks. Glass is good, rubber is bad

- Inner window trim/molding/holder. The pieces that go inside to hold the windows in. All appear to be in good shape.

Not sure what these are worth. This truck is in a local junkyard, and I will be removing and have in my possession any parts I plan to sell prior to being listed, but just want to gauge if it is worth my time to do it. I'd hate to see good parts get crushed.

Man, I would grab all the trim off the sides, the seats, the sliding glass, definitely the sliding hinges for the barn doors ( very hard to get). If you don't need it you can sell that stuff for good money at swap meets or eBay.

I believe the rear bumper and brackets are sought after.

Thanks. I grabbed the seats, ash tray, sliders, and the covers yesterday. Didn't want to try the trim since I don't know how to remove it properly. I may grab the windows and panels if someone was interested in them. Looks like this truck was a GMC too. The grill is buried in there, and not sure what shape it is in.

Also found this seat belt in the truck. the belt itself is torn where it mounts to the floor, but the buckle is in decent shape

Also, what about the grill, headlight buckets, radiator support? I think the front surround and rad support aren't the best. They have puffy seems. The grill looks OK, but some rust over the G, but looks surface. The headlight buckets look decent. The letters are decent with some minor pitting i think. could just be peeling chrome. one T3, no line headlight in the driver's high spot

Puffy seems

The GMC emblem looks kinda funny to me, doesn't look like the one on my 65. Maybe a newer emblem? Not sure about the grille. I have one and can't even give it away.

The grill is a 66 a one off year for the GMC , the grill shell looks rough I do not know if it could be saved ( big $$$$ to repair ) you would have to pull the trim around the head light to see if they would worth saving. Grab the t-3 head light.

Good to know on the grill. I will pull the trim off and get pictures tomorrow. I haven't bought it yet. I'll grab the T3 while I am there.

Re: 1964-66 Suburban Front and Rear Seat, trim, etc

OK, better pictures of the trim. What should I ask got this? It's apparently GMC only, and only on the Custom Deluxe ones at that.

dent in the driver's side upper:

Bag of clips. i believe they are 90-100% all there for the side pieces.

Passenger side door piece. Some twists, but no creases in the outside. No clips for this one:

Small bend on the back between my index and middle finger. Can be bent back easily.

Shallow dimple in one of the rear upright pieces. Should come out easily. (flash washed it out some)

Now, I cannot ship these at the moment, but I should be able to get them to Spring Carlisle for the Friday of the Show. If I find a long box/tube, then I can ship the rear 6 pieces in one box and the door piece separate.

My info came from here:
http://www.oldchevytrucks.com/blog/c...urban-1955-66/

What are these worth and what should I ask for them?

Not sure on price, you need advise from some of the burb guys on the 60-66 forum. Maybe you can post this link over there or pm some one like Dino63.
