carbed 350 to tbi 350 swap and visa versa

ok seems pretty straight forward but i want to ask a wealth of knowledge before i decide to undertake. heres the deal. i have an 86 c10 swb. carbed 350, and a th400. i also have an 87 1 ton cab and chassis/14ft aluminum van body, with a very low mile(44k) tbi 350 4spd manual(2wd) combo. the cab/chassis truck belongs to my dad, he wants to sell it.i convinced him some one buying a van truck isnt going to care if it has that low of original miles and and itll be worth the 2500 bucks he wants for it with a carbed 350/th400 combo. after all body is rust free with clean fade free paint. and this way i have a 350 i can bolt right up to an lt1 t56 i have.

heres the questions-

so i dont everlook anything what all will i have to switch over? both trucks have dual tanks so i think ill need to swap the motors obviously, i dont know a ton about tbi but think it has a basic computer, the tank switch valve, switch, wiring to it, the in-tank sending unit/ i think the 87 is in tank pump? the steering columns, guage cluster, pedals, clutch slave and master.

also- to double check if anyone knows, are the lengths of the 4spd manual and the th400 the same or will i need to shorten or lengthen the drive shaft. am i correct in my educated guess that low original miles on that type of truck wont change value- (considering the motor going in is a 70k mile gm goodwrench motor and the th400 has like 86k miles. motor is in excelent condition has aluminum intake and carter comp 4bbl. starts 1/4 turn everytime.) and verify that the lt1 t56 will bolt right up to a tbi 350 and be able to use that flywheel thank you guys for all your help im sure im over looking some small details but thats what this community is for right?

That just sounds like way too much work for a TBI, IMHO. I can't help with the trans lengths, maybe someone else can.
