Is this the o2 sensor?

Hi I am installing headers. It's a 1986 Chevy C20 7.4L 2wd -- Just above where the header bolts on is a sensor. This picture shows the engine with the exhaust manifold removed. Is that sensor the o2 sensor?

Re: Is this the o2 sensor?

It's the temp sensor for your temp gauge.

Yep, that is a temp sending unit.

A o2 sensor looks like this. It goes in the exhaust just past the collector. Only factory Fuel Injection trucks have them.
