Good Guys NW Washington Pics

Went to Good Guys this morning to view the rods. There were many beautiful cars and trucks, none of our vintage because of the 1964 cut-off date. I met up with Old Iron and his wife. That many is an encyclopedia of car knowledge. His wife has a sharp eye also. Here are a few pictures of Pre 64 Chevy trucks at the show.

Here is the firewall of that truck. Where did the wires go? Almost too clean if there is such a thing.

Of course I am going to throw up a picture of my truck in the parking lot. After all this is a 67-72 site. The AC came in handy today while stuck in traffic on 167. Unfortunately my "to-do" list got longer. Are these trucks ever done? (I think not.)

I will be at the Triple XXX truck show next Sunday in Issaqua. Old Iron will also be there. Hopefully some other Western Washington Board members will make it.

Cool Good call

I have to agree with you, the 4x4 was fine, wish we could have been there. Your truck looked great. to bad about the cut-off date

Thank you. I have a lot of pictures Casey, problem is when I downsize them to post they look like crap. I am going to enter the show, its free. Problem is they expect you to stay until 4:00 PM. (I believe it runs from 10:00 to 4:00.) Come by and say hello if you can.

OK here is the scoop on the XXX show. I called their restaurant. Its $10.00 to enter, runs from 8:00 to 2:00 according to the guy I spoke to. (Sounds like he was just a hamburger jocky but he did say he owned a 72 C10!) He said entrants start showing up around 7:30 to get the better spots. I will probably show up about 8:00.
