Got my gas tank out...

Is an Airtex fuel pump factory? That's what i've got, along with a fuel hose that was being held on with plastic clamps....

Going to buy the Bosch replacement kit, unless someone tells me not to... seen here: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=976865

Re: Got my gas tank out...

AIRTEX is an aftermarket brand and a good one at that. As far as bosch goes, I personally have never had anything but bad luck withfit and function of anything with a bosch name on it. But that's just one person with 23+ yrs in the automotive parts industry opinion. ACDELCO is a good line as well as HOLLEY or even EDELBROCK.
As for using the plastic squeeze clamps to hold the pump to the assembly, that's common and new clamps usually come with the pump assemblies.

Personally I'm a fan of the external re-locator kits.
