Anyone Running a Holley Stealth Ram?

I'm curious if anyone is running a Holley Stealth Ram MPFI system in their C10. If so lets hear some opinions and lets see some pics. Like it? Don't like it? Whats the deal-E-O?

Thanks,

Josh

Re: Anyone Running a Holley Stealth Ram?

Back when I was planning my build, and had a 72 GMC with a TPI 350 I seriously considered going with a stealth ram and building up the 350. But at the end of the day I went with a 5.3L.

I eventually sold my 72 to help pay for the 68.

Re: Anyone Running a Holley Stealth Ram?

The Stealth Ram is the real deal. We've run them in place of the stock TPI systems on 3rd Gen Camaros/Firebirds and they really wake up them up. Its not uncommon to see a .5 increase in ET over the stock TPI base/runners/plenum on a modified engine. We've never bought the whole system, but I know the intake base and plenum is awesome!

I've heard good things about them. I was going to use one in my 90 Vette but decided on the Super Ram instead because it fit under the stock hood. I like the look of the stealth ram better.

Thanks for the info! Just curious, what made you go with a 5.3?

Familiararity, reliability, and potential to make more power (I know we can could debate this)

I'm not gunna argue with you. It looks killer compared to a Lego block sitting on top of a 350. I'm not familiar with them the 5.3 at all. I want to be able to drive the 69' I'm building anywhere so I'll do some more research. Thanks again for the info man!
