Put in a few more hours this weekend. Had to strip the inside of the cab.

First we tipped the cab up on its side so I could strip the roof.


Shiny...


Then I did the dash. There's lots of little nooks and crannies to get into.


Treated with Zinc wash, and epoxy primer.


Time to start fixing rust. The rockers, part of the floor, and the kick panels were rusty.
First step was get the rusted parts off.


Cut the rusted floor out.


Treated all of the bare metal, then painted it with POR15.


Just overlapped the floor patch, and welded it on top of the good metal.


Got the rocker on, and spot welded solid.


Now on to the other side....
