What's it worth? 76 Chevy 1/2 ton LIKE NEW, 22,000 miles

A friend of mine's mom just passed away a few months back, and he is thinking of selling a truck that was her husband's. (not his dad). Anyhow, its a 1976 (or 77) Chevy 1/2 ton pickup, long bed, that is in practically brand new condition. It only has about 22,000 ORIGINAL miles on it, and has always been garage kept. (This is one of those vehicles that everyone always hears about happening to someone else). Absolutely no rust at all, anywhere. No dents, dings, scratches, or bodywork has ever been done to it. He asked me what it might be worth, but I have never came across anything in this new and original condition, so I really don't know what to tell him. What do you all think?

2 or 4 wheeler, engine size, and options are needed to give you a decent guestimate. If it has trim alog the sides and it is yellow/gold then it is a 77. This was a one year only option. Tell us more about the truck.

Im sorry, never thought about the particulars. Its a 2 wheel drive, stock wheels of course (and probably tires!), 350 automatic. I'm thinking its light green and white, but I'm not sure. I am supposed to go take a look at it next week, and I will get some pic's of it.

If it's still available, I'd like to see some pictures.

Thanks,

If it is a 76 between 5000 and 12200.
If it is a 77 between 5500 and 12600.
That is according to NADA.com.
In the condition you have described.
Hope this helps.
