1971 Chevy Missing SPID Sticker

Hi recently got ahold of a 1971 Chevy Cheyenne 3/4 ton 4x4. No luck on finding a build sheet. I looked every where for it. This truck is missing the SPID sticker in the glove box. Does anyone know of where I can get a Build sheet or the RPO's that where on the Spid sticker. I know I can have a new aftermarket sticker made but need the info for a full restore. I got a build sheet for a 64 Pontiac I have from the pontiac historical society. Just wondering if Chevy has something like that?

Welcome to the board. The best you can do is have one remade. Follow the link above. There were no records kept, so now you can make it the way you want it.

If you post pictures (which is mandatory, BTW) the folks here can give you a good idea of what's optional on your truck.

Also, be sure to consider what not having this documentation will have on the value of this truck before you sink a bunch of money into it.

Chevy can't even confirm what Camaro's and a lot of Corvettes came with, much less these trucks.

Re: 1971 Chevy Missing SPID Sticker

Like already said, take a picture....take several...inside and outside. Some options were not available on every vehicle, but like also already said, it's time to make it what you want it to be. I'll bet we can get really close. Depending on who was in charge of the SPID's on the day someone was assigned the job of creating yours....some items may not have appeared, depending on the whims of the person who had the job.

But, let's see some pix.
