Bad Power steering pump ?

I am experiencing a power steering noise that is annoying. I included the video to give an idea of what I mean. I just swapped this pump over without having it rebuilt. The noise is at idle and gets louder as the engine RPM's increase. It stays the same if you turn the wheels left or right and the power steering feels good as it did before. Could it be air in the system ? If so whats a good process to bleed it out ? I also recorded the belt tensioner to see if the "jiggle" is normal. Thanks.
