Needs help badly
Ok i have just started on my project truck of my dreams. i have 71 chevy c10 4x4 with a 350 and what i call a four speed but i have problems and questions and will take any and all help i can get. i have switched the axles to 3/4 drive train and moved spring perches and all that jaz but i have to put and np205 transfer case behind the manuel but dont know which one i need or anything along those lines. and i also have to put longer brake lines on it since i have lifted it 6 inches but with the axles being newer than the truck i dont know which lines will work. any tips please let me know. thanks for everything

You might try having a mod move this to 4x4 Tech & Off Roading Forum. You might have better luck there. Just a thought. LockDoc

I dont know much about youre T case but I have learned a lot about brake lines. What are you running all disk or all drum? fron disk or rear drum?
WFO www.wfoconcepts.com has quite a few brake parts like flex lines and fittings I ordered a bracket and rear line from them and i got my hard line from napa. |

Re: Needs help badly
What tranny and t-case are in the truck now?? If you have a 4wd 4-speed, it should have the 205 behind it already. But there are only two types for a 4-speed, one with 10 spline that uses a spud shaft, and the late 80s that slips into the t-case that is 32.
Brake lines are simple, get them for the year of the axles.
