Re: steel fuel line leak

I ended up pulling the fuel pump off, putting it in a vice, putting the new line on it and cranking the hell out of it with a wrench.
Then I took the line off, re-installed the fuel pump, put the line back on and tightened it as much as I possibly could with a wrench on the fitting and one on the pump.
So far, no leaks!

When I say as hard as I could, Im not kidding. I am no light weight, but I gave that fitting everything I had. My arms hurt the next day.
