Trying to ID a truck from the Sandler Movie Bulletproof for AMC TV show

Hi all:

Does anybody know what type of Truck is the getaway car in this movie, Bulletproof? It's an old red pickup of some kind. Researching for a TV show. You can see it in this clip bellow. We think it's a 50's era Chevy, but if anyone can positively ID it, that would be fantastic (we'd like to use it on the show, so we need to know the make/model/year with fair certainty). I figured this was the place to go for Chevy Experts.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

It has push button door handles and vent windows. That might narrow it down some but I'm not that familiar with AD's.

That would make it a 52 or 53.

In one scene (right after it says charlie getting a woody) it shows turn down door handles and it has wind wings, it's a 51. By the way 54 is the first year for flat bed rails.

It's more than one truck!
Look at the door handle at time 1:05 and you see a push button handle and at time 2:16 it has a turn down handle.
It's a 51 & a 52!

Your right about the bed. I'll bet they used several trucks and a few scale models for some of that.
