Well no wonder you knew what it was. Do ya want to buy another one so you can do both sides at once? Sorry for the Fup

What is the other one? I have been asking for years and can't find out. It is made by Allen electric. They made electrical test equipment. I hope one of the computer wiz kids can find it somewhere. I can't.

Magneto was my guess too. I contacted a mag repair shop years ago and sent pics and they didn't know either, but said it may be for that.

You are too good to play any more. just show the whatz it stuff. I will dig around and look for something else.

Nothing to do with brakes, not a seal installer. There are suppose to be 2 more bars or handles about 6 inches long like on the top that screw into the holes in the second section. It only is used for GM cars and light trucks 3/4 ton and down. The top section is threaded internally and screws onto the part that this tool services.

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!

Its not for springs or suspension or steering. Its a tool that you would say why the hell did they make a tool for that? It is a Kent Moore made tool.

Re: Lets Play Whatz It? !!

Its not an installer of anything, its not for steering or any part of steering or wheels or suspension., Not for the rear end or a yoke. Its used to remove only one item on the car or truck and each vehicle only has one of these parts. It is driveline related.

Its overly complicated for what it does and your going to say what the hell did they make that for? I have never had a time I actually needed it in about 50-60 times I have done this procedure and more times than not the part almost falls out even if its still good. Its also not used to install that same part.

If no one gets it I'll post a picture of a tool that is used after it.. Hopefully that will be enough input for you to guess.

Yes, It takes more time to install that clunker than it would take to just pull the input shaft out by hand.
