Running a little rich up there Joe?!?!? Great pics. Happened by your house in Roseville a few weeks back (saw your truck). Been looking for some real estate in the area and just driving around. NOW I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE!!!!!LOL!
That ol' truck chugs right along. I had the two boys in the back sitting on the couch with their bikes as I bombed down some dirt roads, even ran through some snow! I saw another longbed up there this last weekend, he loaded up four bikes in addition to all the other stuff he already had in there, he had just put a new 383 in it.

You moving to Roseville? There goes the neighborhood.

Re: support for longbeds

was really looking for a short bed, and never really liked the long bed look but when I came across the deal for this truck, well I couldn't pass it up... I can say, the long bed has grown on me and I like it.... 2"-4" and it will be even better...

Re: support for longbeds

Thx bud!

Shorties are cool, but longbeds are awesome, especially when lifted or slammed. Kinda boring at stock height IMO.

I like that ride height, I think mine is too low. Maybe we should trade springs.

Re: support for longbeds

Here is a recent find. Cali built c20 now in Illinois. This is a very original truck that had a big camper on it until sometime around 2005, the bed and tailgate are super straight.

Just beginning to tinker so we'll see how it goes.

BTW how do I tell if this was a Custom Camper or Camper Special?

Thanks.

Your side emblem would read "Custom Camper/20" instead of C20.
