Brake Proportioning Valve

I think mine is plugged or something fluid isn't going through to the rear brakes.
the lines leading to the front work great. do these fail often? Napa/partsource/canadian tire all dont carry them for my k10. Just wondering iff theres a way to fix it or am i just missing something?

You need to center the valve.
