Window Weather Striping, Doors - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 1989 Chevy Suburban V2500 4x4 Silverado with a 350 TBI. I am looking for weather striping for the windows in all 4 doors and tailgate. This weather striping is at the base of all windows where is cleans the window when roll the window up or down.

If you know where I can purchase these from or parts numbers, please let me know.

GM did a confusion thing on us by delaying the update of body styles on those until '92. I guess that mechanically, you have an '89, while the body dates from '73. So, I'm thinking that a square-body catalog from LMC would be a good thing to download to your computer. Then, you'd have an easier time finding parts availability.

I think I have one or two front door weather strip new GM. I will look in the morning. I know I atleast have one new from P&G Chevy new in the original box.
