C20 frame difference '69 '70 '71

Will a '70 C20 frame allow a '69 or '71 C20 body to directly bolt on?

Yes. I can't think of a single difference from 69-72. The only difference with 67/68 would be how the e-brake routes...other than the '67 not providing a mounting surface for a p/s box.
